Acceptance of terms
By using PetUsly you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your content and rights
You must own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload. You agree not to upload photos of other people without their consent, photos of celebrities or public figures, or any nude, unlawful, or harmful content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI results and accuracy
Generative AI is probabilistic. We don't guarantee that any given photo pair will produce a result you love, that likeness will be perfect, or that a portrait will be free of imperfections. Results may occasionally contain artifacts.
License and usage
You own the portraits you generate and may use them for personal use, gifts, and printing. Commercial use (selling, advertising, merchandise) requires our prior permission — contact us to arrange it. You may not resell the PetUsly service itself.
Payments and refunds
Paid portraits can be regenerated once for free. If you're still not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a refund. Free previews let you check the likeness before paying.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. You can delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
