What makes a good source photo?: One person, face well lit and unobstructed. For the pet, a head-on shot in decent light. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses and group photos — the model keeps whatever it can see, so cleaner inputs give truer results.
Will it actually look like us?: Usually yes, and that's the whole point of the prompt design. It can still get ears or hands wrong — that's why the preview is free. Only spend a credit on a portrait you'd actually keep.
What do you do with my photos?: They're sent to the image model to generate your portrait, stored so you can re-download, and deleted within 30 days. We never use your photos for advertising, and we don't train models on them.
Can I use the portraits commercially?: Yes. You own the images you generate. The only limit is that you must have the rights to the photos you upload.
How do refunds work?: If the AI fails to produce a usable portrait, tell us within 14 days and we refund the credits. Because previews are free, you'll know before you pay whether it worked.
Which countries do you support?: Anywhere cards are accepted. Prices are in USD; your bank converts at its own rate. Sales tax is handled at checkout where applicable.
