What we collect
Your email address (to attach credits), the two photos you upload, the style you pick, and standard server logs. Payment card details never touch our servers — they go straight to our payment processor.
How photos are used
Uploads are sent to our image-generation provider solely to produce your portrait. We do not use them for advertising, we never sell them, and we do not submit them for model training.
Retention
Uploads and generated images are deleted within 30 days. Order records are kept for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Email us to request a copy of your data or its deletion. We respond within 30 days. Because we operate globally, EU/UK residents have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
