Every paid portrait can be regenerated once for free. If a result isn't quite right, try a regeneration before requesting a refund — most issues are solved this way.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied even after a free regeneration, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no hard feelings.
Free previews
Every account gets 2 free watermarked previews, so you can check the likeness before paying for any finished portrait.
How to request a refund
Email support@petusly.com with your account email and order details. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Abuse prevention
We love happy customers, but accounts that repeatedly request refunds without a genuine issue may have future refund eligibility limited. This keeps the service fair for everyone.
